At Cover Edition, we are committed to providing high quality, customized products specifically designed to meet the needs and preferences of each of our customers. Due to the unique and specific nature of our products, we do not accept returns or requests for refunds, except as described below.

1. Custom Products - No Return Policy

All items sold on Cover Edition are personalized and custom-made for each order. Once your order has been confirmed and production has begun, it is not possible to return or modify products. We encourage you to carefully check the details of your order, including design and personalization information, before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exceptions - Defective Products or Manufacturing Errors

In the event that a product is defective or does not conform to the order due to an error on our part, we undertake to correct the situation. The following situations may be eligible for replacement:

• Manufacturing defect (faulty workmanship)
• Customization error compared to initial order

If you believe that your product is faulty or that we have made an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll ask you to provide evidence (photos) to verify the problem and tell you what to do next.
